Dipanjan has more than 9 years of experience in metal and non-metal exploration projects, regional Greenfield to detailed brownfield exploration, target selection, mineral project evaluation, mostly for Gold. He has worked in India at Jonnagiri Gold project in the Jonnagiri Schist belt, BIF hosted gold deposits in Ganajur and also in several projects in the Kolar Gold Fields, Karnataka. He has also worked in due diligence studies of high-grade limestone in Malaysia. Currently he is working in the exploration of Gold in Tanzania, in the renowned Lake Victoria Gold Fields.

His key skill includes geological and structural mapping, geochemical and geophysical exploration, drilling supervision, mining geology and resource estimation. Dipanjan has extensive skill sets in implementing SOP driven lithological and geotechnical logging, quality control in sampling and overall project management. He is well versed with GIS, Resource evaluation and project management software like MapInfo, Datamine and MS Project. He is acquainted with all the aspects of HSEC implementation in mineral exploration project execution.
